Compensation: $45K – $55K base salary plus bonus/incentives and benefits

We’re looking for an experienced purchaser to lead all procurement and purchasing for lab operations, office needs and related support to different divisions across the company. This role will address and resolve critical issues, research purchase orders, process buying transactions, and follow up with suppliers accordingly. We are looking for someone who has the ability to prioritize and self-manage work in a fast-paced environment.

What is required in this role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 4+ years working in purchasing / procurement
  • Prior experience utilizing ERP Software
    • Preferably Salesforce, Quickbooks Online
  • Extensive Experience working with Quickbooks Online
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel formulas  – excel certified is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
